Click on the Red Shield icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser:
After that click on 'Disable On This Site' (make sure that you are presently on the URL you wish to disable blocking on):
The page will then reload with ZeroAds disabled.
Step 1: Click on the Red Shield in the upper right-hand corner of your browser:
Step 2: Click on the uninstall button present in the lower, left-hand side of the box.
Step 3: Click on 'UNINSTALL ZeroAds':
If you see a Yellow shield instead of a Red one, Click on the Yellow Shield and after that on the gear wheel in the upper right side of the box.
On clicking the gear, you'll see the page blow. Click on the box that reads 'Enter it HERE' and enter the code sent to you in your invoice.
You may also have to turn it back on, however it will tell you if it's off.
In case you don't see your Red shield anymore, know that it may either be disabled or hidden. To see if it's hidden, follow these steps:
If you see the Red shield at the top, right click on it.
When you right click on it, you will see the option to 'Show in toolbar'. Click on 'Show in toolbar'. You should now see the Red shield in the Chrome toolbar!
ZeroAds should auto-upgrade on your computer and your app should refresh in a few minutes.
If ZeroAds does not refresh, you can update your application manually by just left clicking the Red Shield in the upper right-hand corner of the browser:
After that click on the settings wheel at the top of the box:
Now put in the license code sent to you while purchasing and click on submit.
Just click on 'Upgrade Now':
This will open your web browser to the subscription page where you can select the subscription that works best for you.
Left click on the Red shield in the upper right hand corner of your browser.
The green arrow points to the ads blocked on your present site. The red boxed area shows the total lifetime blocked ads and trackers since you installed.

Chrome unfortunately doesn't support extensions on iPads and phones.

Clicking a link on a web page and nothing’s happening?
It could be that ZeroAds thinks that new window is an ad. Try disabling on that website so as to continue logging in, making your selection, etc. After you've completed the action you can re-enable ZeroAds to continue blocking ads on that site.
Follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Click on the Red Shield icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser:
Step 2: After that click on 'Disable On This Site' so that the page will reload with ZeroAds disabled.
Step 3: Click on the Grey Shield icon in the upper right-hand corner as in Step 1 and click on 'Enable On This Site' so as to re-enable ZeroAds on this site.
